Description
The LE100 cleaver is powered by a 4kW electric motor and used for splitting wooden blocks. The splitting machine works on self-adjusting bearings mounted in sturdy steel cages that carry higher stresses and are much more resistant to mechanical impacts than standard cast iron covers.
Cleaver machine is equipped with one of two types of switches, to choose from:
Switch 0 – 1 (integrated with emergency stop)
Switch L – 0 – P
The LE100 cleaver also features a profiled pressure adjuster that can be adjusted depending on the diameter of the split block. Thanks to that, the hands of the person working on the splitter remain at a safe distance from the working bit.
By using a heat-resisting, high-tensile steel shaft (3 times the strength of standard rollers) and an inductively hardened bit tip with additional locking screw (preventing the tip from rotating in reverse rotation), the device is much more durable, contrary to quality of other types of devices that are made inaccurately with cheap materials.
